I want to share my amazing experience of the course I took with Heart Led Legacy “Mirror Work 30 Day Intensive” led by Holly and Ashley.
The space that they create is one of unconditional love, acceptance and safety which is unforgettable in it self.
In the 30 day course I learned and realized “I am a work in progress… and perfect just the way I am”.

30 Day Mirror Work Course - Participant
I just finished the 30 day mirror intensive work with Holly and Ashley.
In 30 days I met new connections, built a new tribe, was able to be transparent and vulnerable, we learned from each other broke down walls did breakthrough work, you never know who’s story will change your life or whose life your story will change.
I was able to speak my truth work on my inner child which I really needed to do.
I did the work, it helped me grow, I hung up some things that were bothering me.
These two women are dynamic they are committed to helping others work on themselves, to inspire, lift and grow!
I give them a 10 star review.
If anyone is interested in doing one of their workshops, whether it be 30 days, 10 days five or three, love yourself enough to do it!!

Heart Led Legacy is all about Love!
Self love and loving others.
Holly and Ashley create such a beautiful emotional and physical space for the women at their events.
I attended a retreat in November 2022, and I had some anxiety, but as soon as I entered the space, I felt safe and loved.
My anxiety eventually melted away, and I was able to be my true self with a group of women for the first time in a long time, maybe ever!
It felt so freeing, but the true test was what would happen when I returned home.
I am happy to say my sense of freedom in being my true self has remained since the retreat because of the growth and evolution that’s happened this year.
The Heart Led Legacy Retreat was a highlight of the year for me and a catalyst for a new sense of freedom.
You will be absolutely spoiled and loved the whole time!
